Mmmm...I always like constructive comments. I am not sure what "position" you are talking about ? Please tell me, so I know what to correct.
I did notice that I had a sleight delay during a couple of "stacks". The delays were intentional in the demo with Bicycle cards, so the viewers can more easily see the action. But, I made the stacks smoother in the Bee deck demo video clip....... I'm confused because there really is no "positioning" when "culling" the cards you want. You read the cards from the back during normal shuffles because of the large marks (luminous or Juice).
If you already stacked 1-2 cards, then you must be careful not to shuffle into the stack or if you do shuffle into the stack, you must change to a push-through or strip out shuffle.
I made these video clips with my web cam in a hotel room during my last trip to Las Vegas one evening

I was just saying it took you a while to find the Kings, I'm by no means criticising you, I can't handle cards at all.

SleepWalkers,
Trust me...I was not upset or offended...I was honest when I said that I always appreciate constructive criticism.
You are correct that sometimes it may take a while to find the cards you are looking for. Many times it is a good idea to start by stacking the top card of the deck if it is a Jack through Ace and then find another "good card" during the shuffle which meets your requirements. (ie. Ace & King or King and Queen may be OK...some people may be happy just knowing they have one ace.)
Since I was tring to stack multiple Kings in that example, it took me a few more shuffles to get "lucky" before I found a king during my shuffles. Don't forget, since the cards are marked, I can only read the cards of the backs which I can see during the shuffle....sometime this can be accomplished in a few shuffles, if I am lucky
I hope this makes sense...and no offence taken
