Our Thoughts on Newcastle Chipco Chips
One thing cool about the Newcastle chips is the fact that the denominations can be seen by looking at the side of each trip. This is helpful when the chips are stacked on top of each other and the tops and bottoms are out of view. The CI (Chipco International) can be seen on these and other Chipco chips. It is a comforting symbol to see (kind of like the top hat and cane on Paulson chips). Newcastle beer is one of my favorites so the name "Newcastle Resort & Casino" has a nice sound to it.
Price Comparisons for Newcastle Chipco Poker Chips
The Newcastle Chipco poker chips are just under $1 per chip. Sometimes folks spend less on their first chip set only to regret it. Chipco chips can last a lifetime so they are worth it in the long run.
Newcastle Chipco Poker Chips Appearance
The outer parts of the $1 Newcastle Chipco chip are almost like a negative of the $100 Newcastle Chipco chip. In my opinion they look too similar so if I were to get a full set of these I would likely leave out either the $1 chip or the $100 chip. Having the denominations on the side is a nice touch, the attention to detail shows in the appearance of these classy chips.
Newcastle Chipco Poker Chips Quality
Ever since Chipco revolutionized the role of the gaming chip in 1985 other companies have been trying to catch up. The quality of these Chipco chips is outstanding, they feel identical to chips found on the strip in Las Vegas.
