So, I have been working on this for a few minutes now and I was just curious, is there a way to have this be a COMPLETELY false cut? Or is this just a top false cut and that's it?

The sybil cuts are not too difficult to modify. I think you can come up with your own version of the ut that would be completely false. On the other hand you usually need to have only a few cards prepared and nobody tells you how big the top portion should be
