 Baking Lobster |

I made lobster again tonight. They were in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes total. Normally I loosen the meat from the back of the tail and put them in the baking pan right side up. Tonight I did the reverse and they didn't turn out quite as well as when the normal method is used.
