^^^^^^ Agreed. Dribble pass is inferior to other passes. A quick and easy one is Greg Willsons Backstage Pass.

Yeah dibble pass is not the best, I much prefer the riffle pass if you want that kind of effect.
As said before you performed it ok, but there is a very noticable (if you knwo whats going on) jerk as its being performed. When you drbble normally, you don't do a superfast hand movement jst before you dribble.
Just keep working on smoothness, and remmeber that speed comes later.
I gues i'm trying to say don't concentrate on it so hard. You probablydon't even think about it when you're dribbling cards, so you don't want to be thinking about ti when you do the pass.

It is a well executed pass.. don't get me wrong, but you asked for suggestions and hints.. so here they are..
The only flaw is the jolt prior to the dribble, you hands flick slightly..
So..... Slow right down, the dribble pass is visually deceptive not because it is executed quickly but at the same natural pace (i.e. gravity) at which the dribbled cards fall.. which is what creates the illusion that top stock is in fact just the begining of the dribble (which is another reason one shouldn't think in terms of the classic pass, the mechanics of the dribble pass are essentially the classic pass false cut with a dribble). Begin the dribble sooner (i.e. a fraction of a second after it clears the top stock). Once you do that it will be flawless.

I don't claim to be an expert on card magic, let alone passes, but it looked pretty good to me. The only thing that stood out is you dribbled the cards a little bit too long, IMO. Dribble the cards quicker, and I think it would look better.
But again, card magic is not my expertise, so take my advice with that grain of salt.

now i know why it looked unnatural. .
that initial jolt really tells it all
thanks for your recommandations. .i'll practice more !
well the reason i like this pass is that it doesn't require much covering and is thus more angle-lenient.
also it is fun to practice

Also, don't dribble the cards so that they're perfectly horizontal. As you're dribbling, roll your wrist forward so that the back left corner is traveling up and in the direction on the front right corner, so that the cards are now falling at a 45 degree angle. Don't start like this, move into it gradually so that you start horizontal and end there. As you get more used to it, you can extend the movement further until they're falling over-vertical. Not only does it look better, it provides slightly more cover.

I just use a spread pass....I'll just rock my body back or forth or turn a bit to conceal the exposed side. It is so freakin easy to do and very effective. Hell, sometimes Ill do the spread pass right under their noses and they wont even notice
Great pass though, keep practicing. I worked on my classic pass for a long time and it was well worth it

nice, smooth,yeah, it was great,,,
but, still, you gotta make it less obvious, because people are sometimes always watching your hands, and like marchinator said, try using the riffle pass for that kind of effect, but keep working on it....

Are you guys serious?
I believe the dribble pass is one of the best passes out there. When done correctly, you're good from basically every angle, and the dirbbling of the cards is a perfect cover. I don't know, but I use that pass a lot in real life and nobody knows when I do it. I mean, same with riffle passes, but in my opinion the dribble pass destroys. You can hold the cards a lot more loosely also, which is good for not directing too much attention to the hands. If you guys disagree with me, that's fine. Everyone feels more comfortable doing one thing as opposed to another.

with white borders its way too easy to tell. riffle pass or the classic pass is way shorter in time so you can easily do it on the offbeat.

I fail to see how? You can do a dribble pass just as easily on the offbeat. I don't want to get into an argument here, I just prefer using the dribble pass.
Anyways, have fun passing! However you do it

classic pass is harder to master and looks way better with no covering action. fact.
