Bicycle quality |
|
Hello every one
I have a strong feeling (besides from what I heard of Bicycle's quality) that the red and blue decks differ greatly in their finish quality - like fanning a red one is a lot easier than the blue one. That's my feeling obviously. The question is that whether I am too suspicious or the truth is somewhere there??

I agree with you.
The red decks seem to have a bit more grippy back surface where the blue's seem to be sliding everywhere... Although this can be a trick of mind..

I heard that there is a difference in quality depending on a number at the bottom of the box. For example, at the very bottom of the card box, you will see "Poker 808". On some boxes, you will see the same thing, only it will say "807-R-TG". I think this has to do with the fell and quality of the cards, but I haven't been able to experiment yet.

really? but wouldn't that mean that some cards would be better? surely they'd market them if they had better cards! its simple business that if u have a better product u sell it for more.

I think it might be paranoia.
I Bikes in Just about every concievable colour and aside from the black tigers i 've found no discernable difference in quality according to colour.OccasionallyI have got a bum deck but then I send it back to USPCC and they send you a new one. The even sent me 3 when I moaned about the misprint!

I don't think there is any difference at all and I have probably 20 Bicycle decks under my bed of all varieties- red, blue, jumbo index, regular index. They all seem the same to me.

I havn't seen any real difference in decks, but I prefer the red bikes. Dont know why, i just like the feel over the blue deck. Just magician instinct i guess.

Blues way more cool than red...
Everyone knows this.
IMO they all have the same feel, I've mixed cards to practice with not even caring what the cards were and never noticed a difference. But then again it all depends on how they were packaged and what you do with them/how clean your hands are.
Its too controversial to even bother arguing, no one here has a science lab to test the material and pattern on the cards to be sure they're any different.

blue over red.. |
|
isnt blue a more tranquill color...so your audience will be seduced by the color of the cards..red cards would inspire more energy and have them second guessing you tricks..i dunno...thats just some of my babble..i suck at this florisih thing ne way but im workin on it..i have a deck of blue bikes in my hand..but i am going to retire them soon...maybe throw them at my cat..she likes chasing em
