If you want them for practicing then you should buy some ordinary decks. A deck of cards gets destroyed pretty fast if you practice with it a lot. Cards don't get much better than the Tallys. I've never seen them in regular shops, so you're probably gonna have to order them from online. As far as Vipers, they're good too, but expensive.
