You can get them all over the place at just about any online magic store or even eBay.
Ellusionist invented them along with the USPCC and have huge stocks of them you'll find them at www.Ellusionist.com
They are $6.99 per pack and they have various deals if you want loads of decks.
If your in europe i suggest Merchantofmagic.com as the shipping is cheaper

if u asking for singapore dollar, u can try to go to shops in lucky plaza, there is a magic shop there. ah, or go to park mall basement, there is another one there.

hmmz...thx..maybe i would try Ellusionist.Has anyone imported cards from the website? Ellusionist does not show the price to import to singapore..Does anyone know how much to import the cards to Singapore?I need to prepare the $$ b4 hand

International postage is about $15 depending on weight. If you fill out a checkout basket it will tell you the price before you have to enter any credit card details.
Ellusionist are very very good at shipping stuff out.It leaves promptly and gets there quickly. If you have the money i'd get the global express with tracking. Its safer and a hell of a lot faster
