I had a crappy old table that was tearing, so I redid it in felt.

Did you put a pad of some sort under the felt? Also where did you get the felt and pad(if there is one)?

This is an old post, but if you want to make a Poker Table (not cheap though) go to www.homepokertourney.com and go to the "bulid a table" link. There are tons of links to get you started. Also check out the forum at www.scottkeen.com.

I agree with last post Scott's site is the best out there bottom line. And you can sign up to a newsletter threw joanns to get 50% off. and get some velvteen. For an 8 foot table your looking at costs around 150- 200 depending on what you go with, bare minimum.
