Situation: Hill / Hill against a higher ranked player. He had 3 stripes to go before being on the 8 ball. Had I missed this shot, he would have run out the table on me. As you look at the diagram, my intent was to make this shot in the bottom side pocket. What you see in the diagram is what happened, and it allowed me to win the match, due to the great position on the 8 ball after the shot. Thought you guys might like to try it. The purple ball is the 4 ball. The ball next to it was the 15. 8 ball, of course is the black ball. The 10 ball and 12 ball are the ones in the bottom left corner. As you can see, it did not look good for me. I did this shot with 2 tips of left English with a firm stroke. I'm going to try and recreate it on my table and see if I can pull it off agian, and catch it on video. In the meantime if one you make it, video it and put it up for everyone else. it's a pretty shot. Almost unbelievable that it could happen. But it did, and there were 9 witnesses to the event. This shot is in there. Was able to recreate it today, and succeeded at it a few times.
