that's a tough question to answer my friend!
I mean, I tried it a lot and only succeeded at it once! It all depends on how you play the regular cicular draw and then go from there. Move the OB and CB a little bit so you still have the same aiming point, but the distance between OB and CB is a little bigger. I don't remember the exact position of the CB and OB though... I think I've tried it for about 30 minutes with continuously needing some adjustments ...
Just play with it a little bit starting from the regular way you play the shot and go from there. See at which angle you can get the CB to come back the furthest from the rail, while still having enough side and backspin to make the hanging ball...
I'm not sure if anyone else on this forum has done the shot, but I know for a fact that Jamison Neu has done it, maybe if you really can't seem to get a good set up, you could ask him? I'll try the shot tomorrow again and try to take a shot of the setup!

yes, clean balls and clean cloth are a MUST! I was tying it yesterday but I beat up the table so much, the CB just can't get enough speed to go all te way for the 2nd ball. I can get around the 2 balls but it always stops halfway and I really pushed hard yetserday to make it It's just impossible on my table now
