 circular draw and circular follow help |

i am having trouble on the circular draw and follow shots any pointers? O n the follow i get around the obstructing ball but the cue ball doesnt break off in in time to pocket the hanging ball, and on the draw at best the cue ball comes back only about half way?

i think in both shots u just need it to hit it with less pwer n more spin...... if u gat the stroke. try polishing the balls ...good rails n cloth also needed..so try it on diff tables.
