The reason for these 4 tricks? They let you develop a feel for the chips (making the chips feel natural in your hand) and that makes learning new and more advanced tricks much easier. And remember all tricks are really hard in the beginning, the main thing is not to quit, just keep going untill you get them down. In the reverse twirl the centre chip is raised, the two outer chips are twirled and the centre chip is reinserted between them. For instance, the muscle pass. It didn't take me very long to pop a chip up from my palm, but it took me a long time to reach a height of more than 30-40cm. Another example: Combos.
