I have it and it's pretty good. You might want to buy Ninja 1 first though, if you haven't already.

Whether you should buy it or not is based entirely on what other DVDs and material you've studied. I won't say you should have ninja 1 before ninja 2, but you should know the material in ninja 1, which is available from other sources, before you watch ninja 2.
It's a well made video and a fairly good value.
