Author Message Douglas38 Joined: 02 Dec 2007 Posts: 1 Is Neteller still safe to use? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have always used Neteller but since their problems with US DOJ my payouts have been very unreliable. I spoke to someone in their processing department about this and she told me that its because I have a USD Neteller account. After probing further, she said that Neteller had been blacklisted by the US banking system and they could not send US dollar bank wires, nor would any of the banks give them a USD account anymore. She mentioned that they were trying to get off the Blacklist but that could take several months. Are they having Cashflow problems? Does anyone have a recommended wallet solution for UK residents?
