Jump Masses |
|
ive been doing masse (and my table is suffering =( ) so once i get a couple more masses, ill take it easy on my poor little pool table, but theres one shot ive been dying to make
http://trickshot.cz/massejumpreverse.wmv
i know its a D.O.D. 11 but since i did this masse http://trickshot.cz/bigguymassejump.wmv
and the a bunch more i think i have what it takes, but first of all, whitch one is harder, the jump reverse or the big guy masse jump, and i can do jump masses, but i dont really know how, i know that probably doesnt make sence but when i did the jump mases, i basicly just hoped the cueball would jump up, i can only jump out of the rack at the moment (at least i think) so i need help on jump over balls with backspin, so can anyone help PLEASE!

The difference between masejump over a balls and masse jump over thick wooden rack is obvious - namely 25 mm.
Masse jump when the cue ball jump over the balls is most terrific shot, but is already dangerous, for the tip and the cloth.
Today, I'll remake that one.But perhaps won't too high as the old clip.It was a random...
You should put a small square of cloth between the cue ball and the table, but if you don't make this shot to about five attempt, rather discontinue.
If you want learning a soft masse jump, then try this my new - I call masse jump escape, is so much easier than masse jump reverse or whatever straight masse jump...

How do you do a jump masse shot? Like what is the difference between doing a jump masse shot compaired to a normal masse shot?

The masse jump escape
You shoot similar way as for example "wall masse", but you have aiming to cueball more to edge. The cue ball must spring off the slate only slightly, then the cue ball easily bounce off the rail and jump over first blocker. The cue ball must get a good spin for masse around the blocker, You try at first attempts less than seven balls, for instance around a rack.
Chipper, Merci beaucoup, mais tu le sais bien? plutôt voudrais ceci apprendre de la part de Sickdrummer, par exemple
(joke)

The DOD is orientation, directory information.
Masse jump escape is difficult of course, but will be much better than you'll practice that shot, than some masse jump reverse...
Masse jump reverse is perfect shot for tables with wooden board, during that time when I have had the small table, I was able to make this shot basically for each attempt, really. But now, only sometimes.
I've a little problem with the DOD, generally ...For "Masse jump escape" I have decided on DOD 10, but naturally is much harder than for example rainbow masse or mingaud masse which is DOD 11.But I mean this shot doesn't look as hard as it really is.
Perhaps I shall have to do else, it seems. I don't know. However, I want to adhere the DOD by APTSA determination.
It appears from this that the DOD for M.J.esape is minimally 11- ,(providing that maximum is 11),
BUT f.e. Semih Sayginer demonstrate at the 3-Cushion Grandmaster he can such shots even more than 11, (12,13...)

The DOD is something really strange cause the APTSA refuse shots that are too hard for their programm, this means there are shots that could be DOD higher than 11.
Also, I can get the impossible cut shot (DOD:10) within 3 tries but I get the draw around the rack shot (DOD:7) once a month ! I think the evaluation for the DOD isn't the same for each discipline.
I also think that 10 is a good DOD for your shot if you only look at your shot. Don't compare it to other shot or you'll have to put a DOD of 13 !

Venom
I can't French of course, but I can use dictionary
Yow
Thanks. yep, apparently is it good shot...
Sickdrummer
Try that shot without the second blocker - like a normal escape jump, with pique technique (btw this is "pique escape" also quite interesting shot), and then you add stepwise a spin for the cue ball...
