He lives in Canada, he wants to order from SF.ca because it won't have to go through duties.

Someone have some good pictures of these 2 models stacked and maybe with labels? Want to compare them.

I think that the text on the river's is pretty anoying combined with stickers of a pokerclub name or so.

I'd go for the Bee's. You'll see that the River chips have two different edge spots. The White, Red & Blue have the diamond edges, and the green, black, purple & yellow do not. It's like a mismatched set almost.
The Bee's have three colors and look alot nicer stacked IMO.

Same exact chips, material, manufacturer. One is not better than the other. It's all up to looks. I prefer the RPT's, they have better looking edgespots and I don't like the bee mold. Pick the one you like better. The RPT mold feels more substantial and has a good feel to it.

The "mismatched" look I find attractive. Look at the chips used in the WSOP. Every single chip has a different design. I find the two different designs to be attractive and more realistic to what you would find in a tournament in a casino.

That is a good point. If your mold says "River Poker Tour" and your sticker says "John Doe's Poker Tournament", your chips are contradictory. If your putting a sticker on your Nexgens, get the Bee's.

Ahh, good point. If that's the case, a person could use several different sets which would be alright. I just think if you get a set, they should be uniform.

Everyone has their own opinons on what a good set looks like. There are two different types of Nexgen chips that have the Las Vegas, NV mold. One could use those two to form a set, but I don't think it would look right to mix Bees and RPTs together. But if you have the same mold, I don't see a problem with chips that look a little different from each other, it keeps the set interesting.

If you look back at previous topics, a few of them are about labels and Nexgens. I don't have experience with labels, since my clay chips from sidepot.com came with labels on them. Great chips for the price though!!!
