im buying xb, the only thing is im not buying online over the net im sending them the money for the purchase so id like to know the following:
is this possible??
how much are stamps??
how many stamps do i use?? i live in NJ of USA??
what should be on the letter i would attach to it??
any more knowledge would b greatly appreciated

if i wanan mail something do i ahve to go the post office or can il eave the letter in the mail for hte mailman to pick it up and he will drop it at the post office

You know those little red flags on mailboxes...well put the letter in mailbox and flip up that flag!!!! Yep then it'll get mailed...thats how the U.S. Postal Service works 
Do you have parents you can ask these questions?

well to be honest im 16 and i have a job 6 dollars an hour i work 30 hours a week and of the money i get paid a week i get only 10 dollars of it the rest goes to paying the rent and school tuition, having a hobby is quite expensive, im supposed to b saving that 10 dollars a week for lunch money when school starts, and im sure my parents wouldn't b happy if i spent it on a 40 dollar dvd so thats y im ordering it privately but i guess you can say im not as fortunate as others < just wanted to make that clear
