I didn't see it, but I saw their "Blast Off" routine which sounds like it might be similar.
They're entertaining, but they're schmucks IMO. 1) for being such huge Republican Bush supporters, and 2) for their exposure.

They're not supporters of Bush, they're libertarians, they do a lot of campaigning for the Liberal Party.. Whilst they often come across as quite Republican when you actually read or watch what they're advocating it's very different from anything you'll find a Republican suggesting. Legalization of drugs, unfettered freedom of speech and expression, abolition of the death penalty, cutting all ties between religion and politics, do these sound like Republican ideals to you? Sure, you might not agree with them, I certainly don't with many of their ideas, however they're not Republicans by any stretch of the imagination.

I recall them supporting Bush's "war on terror". It appears they're just the opposite.
Where did I see this?

Did a Republican tell you this ? To be honest whilst I know for a fact Penn and Teller are extremely vocal opponents of the Patriot act I've never heard them voice an opinion about the war in Iraq, who knows..
Lets face it though, the war in Iraq and the 'war on terror' within America from what I understand have not until now been politically contentious issues. The Democrats are equally responsible for the bloodshed and state of Iraq as the Republicans, they supported it from the outset and didn't for one minute contend the proposed invasion of Iraq. It could also be said that the vast majority of the American people were thoroughly behind the war in Iraq and are equally responsible.
The same could not be said here in the United Kingdom where there was never overwhelming public support for either the invasion of Iraq or the equally tyrannical laws much like the Patriot act introduced here, which is rather terrifying as we now have a government that doesn't think it's accountable and does what the f**k it pleases.
I digress and have got all political, apologies.
