Post Problem Gambling Advert by Brad Reply with quote
has anyone seen Brad Christians new Problem Gambling advert?
(if not heres the link )

quoting: "to see the signs of problem gambling, watch closley as things are not always as they appear"

out of all the sleight of hand why does he have to use the hover card or the hummer card.

do they mean problem gambling as in addictive and unstopable or dodgy and unfair?

i think that would be better suited as an ad for a magic dvd or something...not gambling addictions

What are they supposed to show? Bottom dealing, or the pass.....even though those moves are covered. lol

They probably mean all addictive, unstopable, dodgy and unfair. Basically....its 'problem gambling'.

I saw it some time before. Few tricks are nicely performed. I think that the one where he palms the card is exposed in the video because you can see a card in his hand Smile. But never mind. I would probably use more magic than flourishes for this topic but never mind.

its funny though...
problem gambling as in dodgy??

well if so, if your playing your game of poker or blackjack for money and somebody all of a sudden makes a card twirl round their body (the Humming Bird card)

you think you wouldnt notice something?
lol dont forget...WATCH CLOSLEY!!
you wouldnt want to get hit by missing out on someone Making cards hover!!!!

although it looks awesome. he could of made a few less...obvious moves...
why not show the top card ...cut the deck do a pass and then show it again..

people would be like.."Wow..jeeze i guess i better watch closley...i didnt even see what he did"

instead of..."whats that guy doing with hovering cards in a dodgy gambling advert"

i was just commenting on the choice of sleights and moves (and Gimmicks) he used. it was very well done each one of them and very well filmed however the choice of gimmicks like the Hover card and Hummingbird Card is well...inapropriate for a Dodgy Gambling add.

maybe for a magicians add though.
