 problem with bicycles |

ok heres the issue..... yesterday i was showing magic tricks to a group of friends, so i decided to open a new deck.... i opened it up and fanned through and noticed that the wasn't a 5C...i checked again and there was not card.
i was wondering what i should do coz i'm in Australia and it says on the joker to send the dud card away with the ace of spades...only problem is that there is not dud card (just a missing one)???????
wat should i do?

Send the joker and tell them the card is missing. Might be an idea to enclose a pic of the deck in brand new contiditon.
i had this and USPCC were very helpful they sent a new one and an extra deck!

thanks for the advice...but it might not be worth it....i might just go and buy a new decks.....even if the send me a new deck it will still take like 5 weeks.
i dunno.

So buy a new deck and also send the defected one to uspcc and while ur playing with ur new one u won't realize how much time has gone by until u get a box that has a Bicycle deck or two in it. What do u say?

I got a deck once that had a 9 of spades...but only half of it was on the card the rest of the card was white. I sent that in with the joker and sure enough they send me a new one.
They won't think you are a liar...just tell them the truth that you are missing a card...when you are the USPCC making countless numbers of decks you are bound to have a few defected ones here and there...I'm sure they'll take care of you

Honestly marp, i think u should have kept that nine. Could have made some neat and "impossible" effects with it. Just my opinion. 
I have yet to recieve a defective bike deck, but i have recieved a defective Black Tiger Invidible deck. two of the cards were stuck together. I pulled them off, but then i noticed that it had pulled dome of the ink along with it. Called E, and they sent me a brand new one, along with a regular black Tiger deck in the format of the invisible deck. Thx to those guys.
