Has anyone seen this DVD or the "ninja color change" as they call it? I don't think that is the real name for the move, but does anyone know what the real name is? I've been trying to figure that one out for a while and can't seem to get it.

If you look at the video in this link, it is the change that occurs at 26 seconds into the video, where the Ace of Hearts turns into the 2 of clubs. I have been fumbling around trying to figure this out for a while and no one seems to have any advice.

Yes, it's very simple and somewhat angle sensitive.

the angles. Unles you get them just right...
i prefer it as a camera trick.
personally, in terms of just visual-ness, i prefer

Ego/Coffin
Flipit move
Simple palm change
Erdnase

I don't think the angles are THAT bad. btw Is the ego change the same thing as the coffin change?

Now that I've been able to get another look at the dvd's I'm about to mention, I can now give a straight answer:

The color change in question, renamed as the Ninja change by Magic Fakers, is actually called the Window change. I don't know who exactly created it, but it is taught on Jeff McBride's Art of Card Manipulation Volume 1. The Wink change is the real name for the Emperor's Fan Change (or something like that) as appeared on Showoff With Cards. Wink change is also taught on Art of Card Manipulation Volume 1.

Finally, Ego and Coffin (sometimes called Cardini) changes are not the same thing.

i think so.
i still hate the wink change - i came up with an angle free version of the fan change wink thing. much better. you coffin the card as the fan comes down and then load it onto the bottom of the fan. i think this is original.
any help?
