I didn't get a chance to see it yet, but I'm definitely going to be renting it.

I saw the preview for this and it looked pretty cool. I'll prolly watch it soon. Anyone see The Illusionist?

Hey, yeah I saw "The Illusionist", and it made me pick up magic again. It was fantastic, incredible twist at the end. I don't know which I like better, The Prestige, or The Illusionist... The Illusionist seemed to be a bit faster paced, perhaps. Ehh, I don't know, but I know that The Illusionist plays to the card manipulator/ sleight of hand artists' fancy, where as The Prestige is mostly about large-scale effects.

Cool, I guess both are worth watching.

i liked both, but the illusionist is my favourite because it is realistic [no spoiler like ogot ].
and no matter how hot christian bale is right now, edward norton is the greater actor
btw: have you seen the ringtrick? no, not leon-style. i wonder if it was bale's hand, because the perspective easly allowes the arm of another person. watch: http://rapidshare.com/files/16633656/ringtrick.rar.html

I saw The Illusionist last night for the first time. Like the Prestige, it's a really good movie. I think I like Prestige a little better though.
I actually thought The Prestige was more realistic. Too many holes in the ending of The Illusionist (I won't discuss them so that I don't ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen the movie). Still entertaining, though.
