AWESOME. Go buy it. A little angle sensitive, but even if you only perform it for the camera (which I'm not suggesting that you do, it's too good to be used just for that), it;s worth it's weight in gold. Not hard at all, just needs a few hours of practice to get it buttery smooth.

BUY IT
This effect is awesome. All I can do is reiterate what Michael said...however, you are going to need more than just a few hours of practice before performing. NEVER short yourself on practice time...get it to at least 95-100% before performing live.

No. Definatly 100%.
And I meant a few hours as in 3-5 hours of doing nothing but TORN. Think that shuld be plenty before a test run.

How does it compare with Guy Hollingworth's Reformation? I read a few reviews that said they were comparable.

This is effect is angle sensitive so i will say it is difficult but only because of that, id say its about a 115 degree angle sensitive. Myself and 2 others all know how to do this trick and between the 3 of us i would say we performed it live in front of a crowd about 10 times overall and for very small crowds, mayb 2 - 3 people or only even just one person.
To be honest if someone were to say they performed Torn in front of a crowd of 6 people in the street and not flashing a thing i wouldn't believe them but im not saying that this trick itself is hard to perform

First of all, to start things off...
 |
 |
...get it to at least 95-100% before performing live.

Why would you only go 95% of the way, and not totally commit yourself to perfecting the trick before going live with it? Not completely perfecting the trick before performing it live would risk exposure. PERFECT it before doing anything at all with it. Even if you have the moves down, don't think that you'll be able to pull it off on the street. Doing it in front of the mirror is COMPLETELY differnet from trying to pull it off in a walk around. One word - pressure. It'll ruin you. Do it in front of the mirror not only for a few hours, but for a few hours everyday for a week or more. Then show it to close friends, fellow magicians, or your parents or siblings so that they can critique you.
Second, in regards to the actual difficulty of the trick itself, it's not that hard. I myself know how to do the effect, and I have performed it for several people. The angles are kinda tough to get down for a larger audiance of say, 4, 5 or more people.
If you're a beginner, I recommend that you do not purchase it. But if you're an experianced magician, then definitly pick it up. It's totaly worth the 30 bucks or however much it is, and it's a great effect that you'll be performing for years to come.
I'm not usually one to quote others when they post, but I felt that in this instance I had to due to its discrepancies. I hope this has helped you Guppie.

O TRUST THIS HAS HELPED ME!! But how would u seperate a beginnar magician from an experienced one? I know that sounds dumb but really i wanna know if this is too hard. (if you can answer my question dont use like a time period i.e: "if have been doing it for 6 months") If you cant answer the question then i may just buy it anyways (once i get the cash

Remember when ur getting paid to perform ur not a magician your an Entertainer, helps you remember what your job is.
When people you dont know all that well call you the magician and not the guy who does magic (just my thoughts at 5am)
