De'vo sent me a copy of xb and I started watching it last night. There is tons of material and it is really taught well.

I wrote about it on the xb review page. This Xtreme Beginnerz dvd set is loaded with information, I recommend it for anyone who wants to learn more about xcm.

This is the same review that I posted on Handlordz!

I just picked up my copy of xb! I am taking a quick break after Disc 1, when I finish Disc 2 I will put my Complete Review here.

Well I just finished to watch xb all the way through. It has so much information it is incredible! For someone that is fairly new to XCM you can not beat this DVD. I learned way more than I thought I would from xb. You have to watch it to believe it.

First you learn about what XCM is and what cards you should use for XCM. You also learn how to sell yourself and get paying jobs as a XCMer. You also learn about hygeine and how important it is.

Next Greg Irwin came on and showed some finger fitness excercises. I never put much thought into finger fitness but after following along with the DVD I can tell a difference in my hands already. Don't pass this section up.

Next came the Charlier section. I thought that I knew everything about this basic move but I was mistaken. De'vo opened up alot of possibilites with such a simple move and even gives you some great eye catching combo ideas. You also learn book cuts and the double flop in this section. I will watch this section alot in the future!

Card table moves was also a great section overflowing with information. If you spend anytime at the card table you will really impress your buddies if you bring some of these moves to the table.

Next was Utilities. You learn the deck twirl here and it is shown to you in a very easy to learn method. You also learn the basic and double trip and the easiest way to do it. Then De'vo shows you the flipback and the endless possibilites of combos that this awesome move opens up.

Then came the Perching Concept, All I can say WOW! Thanks to the Ulmen 4 and De'vo for sharing this. This is a fairly simple concept that you can use for so many things. I am sure that we will all shortly start to see some awesome perching videos.

The Salamander combo was brought by Jeff Mcbride and it is a pretty cool cut. He breaks it down step by step and shows you the moves in each hand seperately.

The Hot Shot Cut: I always wondered how the hell people did that. I was taught in a very short amount of time. Very cool way to present a card or used as a aerial in any routine.

De'vo's special moves section: First was the Vertical spin. A very cool aerial move that with some practice is a awesome aerial move that can be used in many different ways. Next was the Wind Elemental Spin, this is pretty simple to master and alot of fun to mess around with. The Flash Drei was next and it was taught perfectly. Very eye appealing move. The impossible stack is named very well, just ask Q! De'vo breaks this down so that anyone can learn it with a little bit of practice. Very fun rountine.

Jerry showed two impact moves. First the Spring. This is shown with all the proper angle so you can learn quickly. Then the armspread and basic down catch. Jerry show's you ways to get your armspreads looking like the pro's in no time!

The Fanning workshop is great. You get to learn fans from a guy that really knows how to fan. If you can't do some decent fans after this watching this section and a little practice I don't think that anyone can help you.

XCM Pro Tips was also a great section for the performer. Jerry gives you some great tips on how to switch out your deck during the middle of a routine with out people suspecting something fishy. Also you get to see De'vo's travel items with a complete packing list of things to take to your performances.

Lastly we finally meet Q. This guy is hilarious! This section is great because it shows you a beginners progress and also shows how everyone has trouble in the begining. Q came a long way in a short 4 weeks! Also getting to watch De'vo Jam for Q in the stretch hummer was awesome! The bloopers are great and will have you laughing your ass off.

Overall I give this DVD a 10 out 10! Hands down the best editing out there and the best teaching available anywhere. Thanks for xb all that were involved!
