The World Poker Tour Night 1 at the Bellagio
The first event on the first season of the WPT. The Bellagio Tourney (last hour)
During the show it is noted that if you have a pair in hand then the odds of flopping a boat are 135 to 1.
I enjoy seeing these types of mathematical situations throughout the WPT.
Another nice feature is being able to see the players' cards.
I watched the entire 2 hour episode but only started documenting hands once it was down to the following 4 players:
Kassem Deeb
Gus Hansen
John Hennigan
John Juanda
Scotty Scotty Nguyen took 6th place
Chris Bigler comes in 5th place with bottom 2 pairs and takes home 62k while Gus had top 2 pairs.
Only 4 players left.
